The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of China's most important traditional holidays. It falls on the fifteenth day of the eighth month of the Chinese calendar, on the night of the fullest moon, and it is a festival about families being together. Together with the National Day holiday that follows close behind it, it forms the longest public break in the Chinese year.

For our customers overseas, that means a pause at the works. Our office and both production lines will be closed on the dates set out below.

The works will be closed, but we will not be out of reach. Email, WhatsApp and the website enquiry form are all monitored — write to us as usual and we will come back to you as soon as we see your message.

Replies may take a little longer than usual during this period. We appreciate your understanding. If anything is urgent — a unit in production, a drawing to review, an inspection or survey to arrange — please mark it clearly in your message and we will attend to it promptly.

Units already in production remain with your usual contact, and work resumes where it left off.

If you would like to visit the works or arrange an audit, you are very welcome. Do propose a date with us first, so that we can be sure the right people are there to receive you.
